Dry Cured Beef Black Angus Bacon Sliced is made from US Beef Black Angus Shortplate. It is seasoned, cured and dried for about two and a half months, depending on the size. This product is sold sliced.
The weight difference in the product is approximately 10%.
Store the product in the freezer and thaw it in the refrigerator before the cooking process.
Products that are ready to eat are not recommended to be frozen again.
Good to consume within 3 days after opening the packaging.
Serving Suggestion
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or fry in a pan.
