The weight difference in the product is approximately 10%.
Store the product in the freezer and thaw it in the refrigerator before the cooking process.
Products that are ready to eat are not recommended to be frozen again.
Good to consume within 3 days after opening the packaging.

Thaw frozen duck meat in the refrigerator before cooking.
Use a frying pan with a little oil.
For a crispy skin texture, cook with the skin facing the face of the pan.
